Perfect stay for one night
Location was good, 3 stops with the metro from the station, and another 7 minutes walk from there. The room as well as the common facilities were sparkling clean, the pillow and mattress were very comfortable. There was a coin washing machine and a dryer, a lot of amenities and even a hair straightener. The staff was very friendly and went out of their way to show and explain every thing.
The twin room was a bit small for us to be able to open two suitcases in there, but since we were the only ones on the floor that day, we could open one before our room.

Very Good
comfy bed and room, common space with share kitchen, drinks and snacks, just by the tram sta., walk distance from subway sta.
when the snow piled up, walk distance mattered with heavy/big suitcase. likewise with elevator. Unless really pay attention, you'll missed the building

This is a great place, very close to the center of Sapporo!
The sleeping area was a little warm for my taste, but I got used to it after a bit.
